What a beautiful plant, with reddish/green/brown foliage from top to bottom, which contrast so well with the white flowers produced in late summer. Another plus for this Eupatorium is that it is easier to accommodate in a smaller garden as its size is more manageable, yet, like all Eupatoriums, you can expect a wide range of insects, with butterflies being particularly fond of it. This plant will provide a very good back drop for other plants, with most colours being accentuated against its leaves. If you’re after butterflies, then you should consider this as it really is a great plant for them, whilst you’ll also find that our feathered friends love to eat their seed heads too!
